Keystones

The Nørding Keystone filters are highly absorbent natural volcanic clay pellets and help remove the humidity from the tobacco and the condensation created while smoking.  When using Nørding Keystones in a traditional pipe you also “lift” the tobacco a few millimetres from the bottom of the pipe bowl avoiding the tobacco to “block” the airflow in front of the draw hole. Lifting the tobacco from the bottom of the pipe bowl also helps the pipe smoker keep the pipe lid and at the same tome offering the advantage of being able to smoke all the tobacco… Often the remaining tobacco is usually lost and scraped out together with the ashes when finished smoking.
